Who am I?

My name is Eugenia and I am the founder of Unlox’u – The Eating Psychology clinic. I am an Eating Psychology Coach and a certified integrative nutrition coach with a degree in Business Psychology, majoring in coaching and personnel development and have been trained in 100 dietary theories.  Some of my works has been featured in big print media such as , now to love, magazines like NEXT and Good Healthy Choices and Radio Live talking about diets, nutrition and how to take the confusion out of eating.


At Unlox’U we have helped a lot of women and men in New Zealand and around the world to transform their relationship with food, their bodies and ultimately themselves with our programs and 1:1 coaching.


I personally suffered from an eating disorder when I was younger and my motivation to support others to live from a space of love instead of fear has been my driving force. My vision is to help as many people as possible, no matter where they are around the world.
