We are publishing stories on a wide range of women and men, from girls in their teens, to women in their sixties, from girls beating their eating disorder, women’s and men’s weight loss success stories, to women no longer worrying about food and are now creating other amazing things in their lives. From women who overcame bulimia of over 30 years, to women who even had bypass surgery and realized they need to work on their mindset and psychological side of food. We have worked with women from around New Zealand, Australia, Germany, South Africa to Canada, UK and Sweden.
But despite all of their different stories and background, these women and men do have a few things in common – they are all committed, determined and motivated to regain their freedom and control around food so they can be more present with their families, wear clothes they love to feel sexy and comfortable, and go on adventures because life is too short worrying about food. They all want to create a meaningful life that is fueled by freedom, joy and happiness.

Sharon’s inspiring story about ending the battle with her body.
Sharon believed her battle with food and her battle with her weight is a lifetime battle. After only one month, she noticed she stopped worrying about her weight and her body. This led her to a journey of body positivity, positive body image and focus on her fitness instead of weight loss as an indicator for health.

Tessa overcame 10 years of binge eating within a month
