How to and what does it mean to listen to our body?

What does “Listen to your Body?” actually mean? It can be so confusing and scary at the same time. We are so busy listening to what we should be eating, how much we should be exercising and what is good for us, that we get out of touch what is actually good for US.

Does it mean that we can eat a biscuit every time we want and if we don’t feel like going for a run we don’t need to do it either? It doesn’t like a healthy lifestyle, does it?

As always, there is a benefit to both. In this video I talk about how sometimes all we need is that one biscuit that will make us happy.

If this topic is still confusing to you and you feel like you are thinking way too much about food, how much to eat and what to eat, then the 12 weeks summer program might be exactly what you are looking for. You will be learning what intuitive eating is and create a sense of freedom when it comes to food and your body. Clients who have done this program with me are sharing how they have stopped obsessing over food and are now finally enjoying the food they love without fear and guilt and feel much healthier and happier than ever before. If you are not sure about how I work and what I do, not a problem, make a cup of tea and let’s meet. You can read about me and my story HERE  let’s connect and talk. I am here to listen, to care and to support.
